Four accounts.
We keep to the work we do well, and it falls into four parts. Most clients come to us for the first two and stay long enough to need the second two.
The services
- Accounts and auditYear-end accounts that a bank, a buyer or a sister-in-law can read and believe, with monthly figures for those who want them.

- Company and personal taxCorporation tax, VAT, payroll and the directors’ own returns, planned together so that one decision does not quietly undo another.

- Succession and salePassing a company to the next generation, to its managers or to a buyer, usually beginning five years or more before anyone clears their desk.

- Family affairs and estatesInheritance tax, trusts and gifts, worked through alongside your solicitor, and the estate accounts when the time comes.

Fees
A first meeting costs nothing.
Come to number nine with your last two years’ accounts and we will tell you what we think, including whether you need us at all.
Most clients pay a fixed annual fee.
It is usually spread over twelve monthly payments and reviewed each year. For a typical owner-run company it covers the accounts, tax returns and a planning meeting.
Larger work is quoted separately.
A sale, a valuation or an estate is priced in advance, in stages where that is fairer, and we will tell you if the scope changes before the cost does.
